GET Sported Community Coach 

Reports to: General Director
Position: Part time & self employed
Salary: From £20 per hour upwards

Purpose

To help deliver local GET Sported initiatives, including coaching in schools, on camps and in the community as well as designated 1 on 1 and small group mentoring, the Youth Sports Leadership course and birthday parties.

Objectives

1. To reach and mentor children and youth through impactful coaching.
2. To support GET Sported’s local growth goals.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver coaching and mentoring – in schools, in communities, in discipleship sports huddles, birthday parties and on holiday time sports camps.

Role requirements:

• Coaching qualifications
• Child Protection Training (can be provided, must be taken)
• First Aid Training (can be provided, must be taken)
• Willingness to network, build and work in teams
